How does a move with MTF service work?

After a free, no-obligation on-site inspection, we’ll provide a customized, fixed-price quote. We’ll clarify all the details regarding loading volume, packing materials, transport route, no-parking zones, and any necessary external lift. On the agreed-upon moving date, we’ll take care of packing, disassembly, transport, and assembly of your furniture – quickly, safely, and carefully.

Costs depend on the effort, distance, volume, and desired additional services. After the inspection, you will receive a clear, binding quote with no hidden costs.

  • Full-service move: We take care of all work, including packing, dismantling, assembly, transport, cleaning, and tradesman coordination.
  • Or: You pack yourself – we load, transport and carry your furniture.
  • Additional services: No-parking zones, external lift, special transport (e.g. piano), interim storage, disposal, transport insurance.

We recommend a lead time of at least 10–14 days. Short-notice appointments are possible depending on capacity.

Yes. We handle permits and signage for no-parking zones.

Yes, we offer clearing out and disposal services independently of a move – discreetly, quickly and, above all, competently.

Yes. We can arrange professional tradesmen’s services upon request – for example, for connections during kitchen installations or renovations. We will coordinate the work for you.

Yes. We are happy to provide you with high-quality packing materials such as moving boxes, clothing boxes, or bubble wrap, even if you’re moving.

Our IT team takes care of the professional dismantling, packaging, transport, and reassembly of your IT systems—including servers, computers, printers, and network technology. Your sensitive devices are in safe hands.

Is there moving insurance?

Yes. In addition to business liability insurance, you can insure your moving goods individually. Our supplementary insurance is available starting at €75 per €25,000 of goods value and covers transport damage, loss, storage, and third-party damage.

Your moving goods are insured as standard. We offer optional additional transport insurance up to a value of €250,000. Jewelry and cash should be transported privately.

Yes. We offer clean, air-conditioned, and secure storage units for temporary or permanent storage—for example, if you have a time lag between moving out and moving in.

What do I need to pay attention to when assembling a kitchen?

Can you move my existing kitchen into the new apartment?

PACKAGING & MATERIAL

Do you provide packaging materials?

Yes. We provide moving boxes, clothing boxes, aluminum foil, glass boxes, stretch wrap, tape, etc. free of charge and without a deposit.

Use small boxes (e.g., book boxes) for heavy items. Fragile items (e.g., glasses, dishes) should be protected with tissue paper or bubble wrap. Our professionals will be happy to advise you or do the packing for you.
